Develop and execute strategies to build, expand, and sustain partnerships with U.S. Government customers
Lead internal planning efforts to align programs, priorities, and resources in support of government partnerships
Support business development activities, including sales lead generation through industry events, conferences, and virtual engagements
Lead proposal development and bid efforts for new U.S. Government contracts
Serve as a primary point of contact for government customers and partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations
Partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to drive execution and measurable progress on strategic initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional programs, managing dependencies, timelines, and shared resources across multiple efforts
Prepare and deliver clear, compelling briefings and presentations for senior government and internal stakeholders
Travel domestically up to 25% to support customer engagement and program execution
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance or higher
Demonstrated experience working with U.S. Government customers, particularly within the defense sector
Strong understanding of U.S. Government contracting, acquisition, and procurement processes
Excellent communication, briefing, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
Proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT “ranger” level), with the ability to create clear, persuasive, executive-ready materials
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot for relationship management and pipeline tracking
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a high-level, strategic perspective
Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs in technical or engineering-driven organizations
Background working closely with engineering and product teams in a government-facing environment

For U.K. Roles: To comply with U.K. regulations, this role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks, and successful candidates must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
For Canada Roles: Successful candidates must obtain and hold a security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
