About the Role The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Team. This role requires someone who is highly motivated, self‑driven, and capable of handling a variety of projects while maintaining a consistent brand experience across all channels. The ideal candidate can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. A strong understanding of branding, along with the ability to vary style and layout depending on the project, is essential.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and design graphics and visual elements for digital and print materials such as websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, logos, presentations, and advertisements. • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members on web pages, presentations, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials. • Use software tools like Adobe Creative Suite to produce designs and prototypes. • Maintain the brand identity for all Division Partners. • Develop marketing and sales materials, branding, and logos. • Support other projects as needed.
Requirements • Proven experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. • Technical degree or university degree (AA, BFA, or equivalent) in Graphic Design or a related field. • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design experience. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign. • Strong understanding of current design trends, branding, and typography. • High degree of organization and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. • Strong time‑management skills. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • A1–A2 English level.
