We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for turning complex ideas into high-impact visuals that resonate with a global audience. You will work across various platforms from social media to web ensuring that every design project not only looks stunning but also serves a strategic business purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain creative direction and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content and platforms.
  • Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality social media visuals, banners, thumbnails, infographics, and marketing assets that drive engagement.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial rough drafts to final polished layouts, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Collaboration: Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and innovate designs within budget and time constraints.
  • Quality Control: Review and revise designs meticulously to ensure accuracy, visual hierarchy, and alignment with project briefs.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting (Portfolio link is mandatory).
  • Language Proficiency: Professional or native-level communication in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of current social media trends, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive under high-pressure situations, manage shifting priorities, and work independently.
  • Niche Knowledge: Familiarity with finance, fintech, or trading content is a significant plus.
  • Location: Must be willing to relocate to or be already based in Bali.
