About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling assets across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print materials (social media, websites, presentations, marketing collateral, ads, etc.)
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all design outputs
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Design layouts, graphics, and illustrations aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Prepare final files for production and ensure quality control
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or similar tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
- Strong communication and time-management skills
