NeoWork is seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to support sales and marketing initiatives for a US-based company. In this role, you will work on internal sales and marketing assets such as social media ads, blog graphics, and simple funnel visuals.
You should be comfortable taking designs from early or mid-stage concepts through final delivery with minimal guidance. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid self-QA skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining brand consistency.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience designing for US clients, strong Adobe and Canva skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design sales and marketing assets including:
- Social media ads
- Blog and website graphics
- Internal sales materials
- Simple funnel and landing page visuals
- Take ownership of design tasks from early or mid-stage concepts through final delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets.
- Perform self-editing and quality checks before delivering work.
- Manage multiple design requests and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Comfortable using Canva for marketing and sales assets.
- Prior experience working with US-based companies or clients.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Portfolio demonstrating marketing and sales-focused design work.
Preferred Tools
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Canva.
- Figma (nice to have).
- Basic experience with funnel or landing page design tools is a plus.
