In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service support to Greek-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries related to financial products and services while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Greek-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries about financial services and products.
• Provide accurate information regarding account management, transactions, and general banking services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for quality control and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
• Keep up-to-date with financial products, services, and industry regulations to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in finance and willingness to learn about financial products and services.
