Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design for complex, product-led platforms. This role requires strong UX thinking, systems design, and ownership, with the ability to translate business and operational needs into clear, scalable user experiences.The ideal candidate has experience designing workflow-driven, data-heavy products and can partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesUX Strategy & DiscoveryOwn UX from problem definition through executionTranslate business, operational, and user requirements into intuitive experiencesConduct and synthesize user research, stakeholder inputs, and system constraintsDefine user journeys, task flows, and information architectureIdentify usability risks and edge cases early in the design processProduct & Systems DesignDesign scalable experiences for multi-role, multi-module platformsCreate and maintain design systems and reusable componentsEnsure consistency, usability, and scalability across the productDesign for efficiency, accuracy, and clarity in complex workflowsUI & Interaction DesignDeliver high-quality wireframes, interaction models, and visual designsDesign data-dense interfaces including dashboards, tables, filters, and status indicatorsApply accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practicesBalance visual simplicity with functional depthCollaboration & OwnershipPartner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teamsClearly articulate design rationale to stakeholdersParticipate in sprint planning, design reviews, and handoffsMentor junior designers and uphold design quality standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceMust-Have6+ years of experience in UX/UI design for product-led platformsStrong foundation in UX thinking, IA, user journeys, and task flowsExperience designing workflow-based or operations-heavy systemsAbility to handle complex business rules and edge casesAdvanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems)Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsHigh ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive modulesGood to HaveExperience with enterprise or B2B SaaS products (e.g., QA/QC systems, operations tools, admin platforms, internal products)Exposure to AI-assisted workflows, automation, or rule-based systemsUnderstanding of backend constraints, APIs, and data modelsFamiliarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)Experience working in agile, cross-functional teamsPortfolio ExpectationsThe portfolio should demonstrate:Clear UX problem-solving approach and decision-makingComplex workflows, dashboards, or system-level thinkingEnd-to-end ownership from discovery to deliveryCollaboration with Product and Engineering teamsWhat This Role Is NotNot a pure visual or branding-focused roleNot limited to marketing websites or consumer-only appsNot an execution-only position with low ownershipWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on complex, meaningful product challengesHigh ownership and influence on product directionCollaborative, product-first cultureScope to shape design systems and design maturity
