Group Product Manager - Transport

Join us as a Group Product Manager for our 4W Transport (GoCar) team, where you’ll lead one of Gojek’s most strategic and high-impact product verticals. In this role, you’ll shape how millions of customers and driver-partners experience car-based mobility every day, while defining the long-term strategy for how Gojek scales four-wheel transport across Indonesia and beyond.

As a Group PM, you’ll go beyond feature delivery: you’ll own outcomes at a business-unit level, drive alignment across multiple teams, and influence how we invest in technology, pricing, and supply-demand balance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, sees both the big picture and the tactical detail, and is eager to lead Gojek into the next chapter of urban mobility.

This role requires high autonomy, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to define direction across teams. You will influence not just product metrics, but also market positioning, regulatory navigation, and business sustainability.
