This is a high‑impact position at the heart of Valeo’s transformation agenda. You will work on priority initiatives that shape the direction of the Group, from commercial and operational transformation to post‑merger integration, to long‑term strategy development.
The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and will suit someone who is comfortable moving between structured analysis, cross‑functional alignment and day‑to‑day execution. You will manage complex projects, challenge thinking, and bring clarity to fast‑moving situations.
You will work closely with Divisional MDs, CFOs and Group functional leaders, gaining broad exposure across the business and influencing decisions at senior levels.
What You’ll Lead & Support
- Deliver priority Group‑wide transformation projects, ensuring clear plans, effective governance and measurable outcomes
- Lead the day‑to‑day execution of selected high‑value initiatives, collaborating across divisions and functions
- Play a key role in post‑merger integration, ensuring disciplined tracking of synergies and smooth integration across commercial, operational and financial workstreams
- Support divestments and carve‑outs, helping to design separation approaches and transition plans
- Contribute to the annual Group Strategy refresh, consolidating divisional insights, market analysis and financial projections into a coherent strategic plan
- Build high‑quality materials for the Group Exec and Board, providing clarity and well‑formed recommendations
- Strengthen cross‑division collaboration and support the evolution of Valeo’s operating model and ways of working
Qualifications
- Experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, corporate development or similar
- A strong analytical toolkit and the ability to structure complex problems clearly
- Hands‑on experience in post‑merger integration (divestment/carve‑out experience is highly advantageous)
- The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with confidence
- A pragmatic, action‑oriented approach, with comfort operating in a fast‑moving and entrepreneurial environment
- The resilience and collaboration skills needed to work across a decentralised, international organisation
Qualifications such as an MBA or professional finance certification are helpful, but we are equally interested in proven capability and the impact you’ve delivered in previous roles.
