CrewBloom is seeking a high-performing Growth Account Executive to drive revenue and scale our business footprint. In this role, you aren’t just identifying opportunities—you are the primary driver for closing new business. You will navigate complex negotiations, manage the full sales cycle, and make strategic decisions to ensure the company meets its expansion goals.

As a senior-level contributor, you will oversee business growth strategies and mentor junior team members, ensuring that the sales pipeline consistently converts into long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

  • High-Impact Closing: Lead persuasive sales calls and product demonstrations focused on converting prospects. You are responsible for navigating objections and securing contracts through expert negotiation
  • Strategic Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a high-volume sales funnel using CRM tools. You will qualify leads with precision, ensuring resources are focused on high-value accounts that drive immediate growth
  • Relationship & Trust Building: Act as a primary consultant for prospective clients, identifying their pain points and positioning our solutions as essential to their success
  • Negotiation & Contract Execution: Master the art of the deal by aligning prospect budgets and timelines with company objectives to ensure win-win closings
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing and Success teams to refine lead generation and ensure a seamless post-sale transition
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry shifts and competitor moves to pivot sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Proven Closing Track Record: Minimum of 3 years in B2B Business Development or Account Executive roles, with a documented history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Negotiation Mastery: Exceptional ability to handle complex sales cycles, from initial pitch to final signature.
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to articulate complex value propositions simply and persuasively to C-suite stakeholders
  • Business Acumen: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred; an analytical mindset for identifying growth areas is required
  • Leadership & Independence: Strong self-motivation with the ability to manage time effectively and delegate tasks to support staff when necessary
  • Tech Savviness: Expert proficiency in CRM software and modern sales enablement tools

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.

  • Peripherals and Workspace:
    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
