About the Role

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll independently lead high-impact growth initiatives across the entire marketing funnel from user acquisition to retention with a clear bias for action and results. You’ll own experiments end to end, define strategies, build growth loops, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Design to optimize every step of the user journey. Reporting to the Growth Lead, you’ll operate with high autonomy and drive measurable impact.

This is not a checklist role. It’s about having impact, running rigorous experiments, and continuously identifying and executing on high-leverage opportunities to drive business growth.

You’d be a great fit if you

  • Think in systems and frameworks — especially growth loops.

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in growth or marketing roles in startups or high-growth scale-ups.

  • Own projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.

  • Operate with a data-driven mindset and make decisions grounded in clear success metrics.

  • Thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly.

  • Prioritize ruthlessly using an 80/20 approach and think from first principles.

  • Have experience running structured experimentation across the growth funnel.

  • Communicate clearly, collaborate cross-functionally, and actively promote a growth culture.

  • Are an AI promoter and use it to amplify execution.

This role is not for you if

  • You need constant direction or struggle with autonomy.

  • You get uncomfortable with ambiguity or shifting priorities.

  • You default to analogy-based thinking over first principles.

  • You prefer working in slow-moving, heavily siloed marketing orgs.

Bonus points if you

  • Have experience in fintech or are an active investor yourself.

  • Have previously worked at product-led B2C companies.

  • Are vibe-coding
