The ideal candidate blends B2B marketing expertise, account growth experience, and strong marketplace intuition to accelerate adoption and transaction volume.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Growth

- Build campaigns that position Autura Marketplace as the preferred auction destination.
Market Development & Sales Support
- Research and identify new geographic and vertical markets for expansion.
- Partner with the MGM field sales team to warm up territories, building awareness and credibility ahead of go-to-market activity.
- Support go-to-market launches for new services and platform features.
Marketing Strategy, Campaigns, and Operations
- Lead strategy and execution across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Maintain marketing automation software (Ortto) and build flows that ensure data parity and quality across our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing tech stack.
- Build loyalty and retention initiatives to maximize lifetime value.
- Test new initiatives at a high velocity.
Data & Performance Analytics
- Own key success metrics: buyer/seller acquisition, CAC efficiency, retention, ROMI, and marketplace transaction growth.
- Track and analyze buyer and seller behaviors to inform strategy.
- Provide leadership updates on marketing performance and pipeline influence.
- Identify new growth opportunities utilizing data backed hypotheses.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align strategy.
- Guide the marketing team and external resources to deliver high-quality execution.
- Act as a senior marketing voice within the organization, contributing to overall growth strategy.
Required Qualifications

- Success in building acquisition, retention, and go-to-market strategies.
- You are comfortable switching from high-level planning to in-depth execution and analysis.
- A self-starter with a strong desire to own and manage your responsibilities.
