We’re looking for a Growth Product Lead to spearhead the international expansion of our brands, including Shapermint, Truekind, and other global eCommerce leaders. You’ll be the strategic right hand to the International Expansion Director, designing and executing the end-to-end strategy that powers frictionless, localized shopping experiences across markets.
Lead the international growth product roadmap, aligning with Trafilea’s global expansion goals.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through data and consumer insights.
Oversee localized product launches, including UX/UI, payment methods, logistics, and compliance.
Develop scalable systems and playbooks for efficient international rollouts.
Monitor and optimize key metrics (AOV, CVR, RPV, LTV) to drive growth and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Tech, and Logistics to ensure seamless localization.
Implement A/B testing and CRO frameworks for international funnels.
Drive AI-driven automation and process innovation to scale operations efficiently.
