About Us

We’re building the demand generation firm we always wanted to work with when we were in house. Traditional agencies are too slow, too siloed, and too disconnected from revenue. They're caught in outdated models—prioritizing billable hours over results, creative over conversion, and activity over impact. We’re taking a radically different approach—blending deep marketing expertise with technical execution to build scalable, automated, and high-performing GTM systems.

The Role

We’re doubling down on Go-To-Market Engineering—the intersection of marketing, automation, and AI-driven systems—to help B2B companies scale smarter. We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who can design, build, optimize and automate revenue-generating workflows on behalf of our clients, using modern marketing technology solutions. And analyse data to produce reports that go beyond the common marketing metrics, measuring the downstream impact of every marketing initiative on the company sales number.

This isn’t your typical marketing ops role. You’ll be at the forefront of Revenue Automation, working with leading US-based clients, crafting systems that connect data, personalize engagement, and unlock new growth opportunities. If you can architect scalable solutions, make business sense from data and communicate effectively, then we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Propose, Design & Communicate improvements to the client's Marketing and Sales Operations architecture
    • Evaluate & Recommend emerging GTM technologies and AI solutions to improve efficiency and performance
    • Design software tool architectures to execute desired customer workflows
    • Improve processes and apply tool configuration updates to optimise operations and fix issues
  • Implement systems with speed and accuracy
    • Automate GTM workflows using tools like Clay, Zapier, AirOps and other modern no-code/low-code platforms.
    • Enable new workflows for customers (e.g. personalized outbound, ABM) by designing and implementing them in their CRM and adjacent GTM Software or AI agents.
  • Create full-funnel reporting
    • Create data pipelines to pull marketing and sales data from several platforms into a data warehouse
    • Use SQL to transform and join the data for integrated reporting
    • Implement reports through the whole marketing and sales funnel supporting decision making (campaign ROI, channel effectiveness, impact of marketing initiatives)

You will be working with internal teams and also with clients directly, on quick improvements all the way to months-long implementation projects.

Technologies used

You will be exposed to various technologies and software tools, some used internally at CGM and some used by our customers. Some of the most common include:

  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce
  • Automation: Clay, AirOps, Zapier
  • Data transfer: Supermetrics, Coefficient
  • Data Warehouse: Google BigQuery
  • Reporting: Looker Studio, Tableau, Google sheets

  • Experience in one or more of the software tools mentioned above, preferably including a Customer Relationship Management tool (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Computer science or Engineering degree, or additional technical experience acquired on the job. A genuine interest in technology, AI and its applications.
