We are seeking a skilled and proactive Guidewire Business Analyst to join our team and support the implementation and enhancement of Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in P&C insurance and hands-on experience working with Guidewire products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure alignment of business needs and technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Participate in design sessions and provide input on system configuration and workflows.
- Support UAT and SIT phases by preparing test cases and validating system functionality.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution design.
