🎯 Your Mission
As a Bartender, you’ll craft exceptional drinks, engage guests with confidence and deliver fast, flawless service that reflects the unmistakable Hard Rock spirit.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, from classic cocktails to Hard Rock signature drinks, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
• Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service in line with Hard Rock brand standards
• Engage guests in a lively, confident and welcoming manner, creating memorable bar experiences
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all bar areas during and after service
• Handle stock accurately, support restocking, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
• Follow all safety, hygiene and licensing regulations, including full compliance with HACCP protocols
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events, theme nights, and high-volume service periods
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team culture

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced hospitality or hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
• Ability to multitask and work quickly without compromising service quality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest interaction
• Flair for presentation, speed, and creativity behind the bar
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and teamwork mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and rotating shifts
