💼 Your Role:
As our Night Auditor, you’ll be the guardian of our overnight operations—balancing numbers, supporting the team, and making sure every detail is perfect while the city sleeps. From cash closure to guest requests, you’ll be the go-to pro keeping the hotel on track.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to guarantee guest satisfaction and safety
• Supervise cash closure of all hotel outlets and process the night audit
• Ensure accurate end-of-day reporting and prepare the Night Auditor’s report
• Coordinate with relevant departments for late arrivals and early breakfasts
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Communicate no-shows with the Reservations team
• Follow all health and safety precautions at all times
  

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Initiative, problem-solving skills, and team leadership abilities
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages (German, French, or Polish) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
• Experience with Room Master is a plus, but training will be provided
