Hardware Program Manager - Field Operations (West Coast)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking to expand our dynamic Program Manager group, the core of our Operations Team. This critical role blends the technical rigor of a support escalation engineer with program management capabilities.

The Hardware Program Manager oversees the installation, servicing, and ongoing support of mechanical, field-deployed hardware systems, primarily solar-powered trailer units and large CCTV camera systems. This role is hands-on in nature and focused on mechanical installation, physical troubleshooting, and coordinating field technicians rather than managing complex IT or data-center environments.

The role serves as a client-facing coordinator and remotely manages technicians performing installations, repairs, and diagnostics in the field. Strong mechanical aptitude and real-world hardware deployment experience are essential. Electrical engineering knowledge is helpful but not required. Candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone.

This role is for candidates experienced with physical, mechanical hardware in the field.

It is not focused on enterprise IT systems, network architecture, software deployments, or data-center operations.
