Lead the design, development, and commercialization of a scalable enterprise analytics and software platform that enables mobile robotics fleet management, real-time monitoring, and data-driven operational optimization. This role combines deep technical leadership with a strong product and commercial mindset to deliver high-impact, cloud-native platforms.

Requirements

Key Interfaces

Internal: Platform Engineering, Robotics Software, Cloud Infrastructure, Product Management, Data Science, Business Development, and Customer Success teams.
External: SaaS and cloud platform partners, enterprise customers, system integrators, and research collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology and platform strategy for enterprise analytics and cloud-based software solutions.
• Architect and scale a robust, secure, and high-performance analytics platform using cloud-native and microservices architectures.
• Lead development of data pipelines, telemetry ingestion, real-time analytics, and reporting frameworks.
• Enable seamless integration with mobile robotics systems through APIs and enterprise-grade interfaces.
• Drive platform commercialization by aligning technical capabilities with customer needs and business outcomes.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring high delivery standards and timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with product, data science, and business teams to prioritize features and roadmap initiatives.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance across large-scale deployments.
• Establish best practices for architecture, security, observability, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of experience in enterprise software or analytics platform development, with 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, data pipelines, and large-scale analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Grafana, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling SaaS or enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience working with IoT or telemetry data and real-time monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of mobile robotics platforms, fleet management systems, and API-based integrations is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and deliver complex programs under tight timelines.
• Strong commercial and product-oriented mindset to translate technology into measurable business value.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
