Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

Role

As the Head of FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in driving Voodoo’s performance. You will be responsible for understanding operational and financial trends, defining strategic objectives, and monitoring their execution. Working closely with the CFO, you will lead the definition of the yearly budget, report on performance, and analyze underlying business trends to support key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and Leadership: Build and reinforce the controlling function, structuring processes to support a fast-growing environment while preserving Voodoo’s agile DNA

• Business Partnering: Act as a key business partner to all units, providing financial visibility and insights to guide operational decisions

• Financial Planning: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, naturally integrating financial discipline into daily operations

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on business performance, identifying risks and opportunities to help the company achieve its objectives

• Strategic Support: Empower the executive team and business leaders with clear financial data and analysis to drive strategy

Profile

• Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, investment banking or similar roles, ideally in a fast-paced and tech environment

• Analytical Mindset: Expert with numbers, top notch rigor, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights

• Communication: Fluent in English with an outspoken personality, you are comfortable challenging the status quo and collaborating across teams

• Leadership: Strong managerial skills with a proven track record of structuring teams and processes

• Adaptability: Ability to implement rigorous processes without hindering speed and innovation
