As Head of FP&A at Insider One, you will be at the heart of financial decision-making.

You will lead our FP&A team to deliver accurate reporting, thoughtful budgeting, and sharp financial insights across all business units.

What You Will Do

You will oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring financial targets are aligned with our strategic goals.

You will manage the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages across our global entities.

You will partner closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audit processes.

You will deliver clear, concise, and data-backed reporting to investors and board members, turning complex figures into compelling financial narratives.

You will identify risks and opportunities in financial performance and proactively drive course-corrective actions with leadership.

You will guide the design and implementation of scalable reporting tools and dashboards to support cross-functional visibility.

You will lead and grow the FP&A team, mentoring analysts and managers to become strategic business partners.

You will work closely with the CFO and executive team to support M&A assessments, scenario modeling, and capital allocation planning.

What You Will Need

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s or relevant certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.

You bring 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or financial audit — preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.

You have solid experience managing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation processes across multiple entities or regions.

You’re a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills — you don’t just report numbers; you interpret and challenge them.

You’re confident communicating with senior stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and C-level executives.

You’ve successfully led and developed high-performing finance teams, with a proven ability to coach and delegate effectively.

You’re structured, self-motivated, and thrive in ambiguity — you can prioritize, execute, and pivot when needed.

You have excellent business judgment and can translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

You’re fluent in English and experienced in working across international teams in fast-paced environments.
