As our Head of Marketing, you will drive consistent pipeline growth across key verticals by scaling multi-channel marketing. Drive MQLs, build brand equity and accelerate buyers conversion through the sales funnel with targeted content, paid programs, and website optimization/CRO.

Where you'll create impact
Own the marketing function end-to-end, from strategy to execution
Build and grow our brand in the market, defining positioning and messaging
Drive consistent pipeline growth across key verticals
Create targeted content, run paid programs, and optimize our website
Generate qualified leads and accelerate buyers through the funnel
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership
What sets you up for success
6+ years of senior marketing experience, preferably in high-growth startups
Experience scaling marketing through rapid growth phases (Series A → Series D)
Strong expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, and competitive positioning
Hands-on experience in multi-channel campaigns, demand generation, and content marketing
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits
Equity: $45,000+ USD
Base Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 USD
