About the role
At Tylko, the Head of Marketing owns the global marketing strategy — from brand and storytelling to product-led growth — with a clear mandate to build a strong, distinctive, and future-proof global brand.
This role combines brand leadership, omnichannel excellence, and commercial stewardship. You will be responsible for shaping a seamless brand experience across all channels, ensuring that our design philosophy translates into compelling go-to-market strategies that resonate across international markets.
As a strategic leader, you will define global positioning and lead integrated campaigns, PR, social media, influencer marketing, and content, while working closely with product, e-commerce, and tech teams to embed the brand into the heart of the customer journey. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and business impact, ensuring our brand-led media investments and commercial calendar drive both equity and revenue.
In an AI-driven marketing landscape, you will ensure that technology accelerates — not replaces — what matters most: authenticity, purpose, human creativity, and cultural relevance. Building and nurturing a strong, values-driven community will be a core part of strengthening trust, loyalty, and long-term brand equity.

Defining Our Edge: Own the distinctive, hard-to-copy elements of our brand, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across every physical and digital touchpoint.
Product Storytelling & GTM: Own the end-to-end strategy for product launches—translating design, tech, and sustainability into compelling reasons to buy.
Commercial Brand Stewardship: Embed brand strategy into our commercial engine, ensuring alignment between storytelling, seasonality, and revenue-driving moments.
Brand-Led Media Strategy: Oversee brand-focused media investments, ensuring paid activities amplify long-term equity without compromising creative integrity.
Bridging Design & Tech: Position Tylko as a voice at the intersection of technology and responsible living, driving our brand beyond just products.
Community Growth: Transform "audiences" into "communities" by nurturing a values-driven ecosystem centered on conscious consumption and "buying better."
Creative Innovation: Lead the development of a world-class content ecosystem (video, editorial, immersive tech) where human-led creativity is augmented—not replaced—by AI.
