As the Head of Marketing Operations, you will be the architect of Manifest’s marketing infrastructure — designing the systems, processes, and data foundations that enable marketing excellence across all portfolio brands.

You’ll oversee marketing automation, data governance, and performance frameworks across our B2B and B2C businesses, ensuring every campaign and brand under Manifest Global operates with precision, insight, and scalability. This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and business performance.

What You Will Be Doing

  • What You Will Execute On a Day-to-Day Basis:
    • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack across brands (HubSpot, Airtable, Webflow, Clevertap, and other systems).
    • Design and oversee automation workflows, lead scoring models, and audience segmentation frameworks.
    • Partner with marketing teams to ensure campaign set-ups, UTMs, and tracking systems are consistent and high-quality.
    • Build and maintain dashboards and analytics for campaign performance, funnel conversion, and marketing ROI.
    • Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and BI to ensure clean data flow and attribution integrity across systems.
    • Conduct quality audits of data, systems, and campaigns to ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA).
  • What You Will Lead, Strategize & Develop on a Regular Basis:
    • Architect Manifest’s marketing operations blueprint — a unified system that powers multiple brands and markets.
    • Build the Marketing Ops Department with key hires, roles and responsibilities.
    • Define and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and SOPs for campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
    • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing ops team of automation specialists, analysts, and system administrators.
    • Develop the Marketing Operations Handbook — Manifest’s governance framework for data, automation, and workflow design.
    • Lead cross-brand operational initiatives such as tech consolidation, attribution modeling, and lead lifecycle optimization.
    • Serve as the strategic bridge between creative marketing, growth, and executive leadership — translating insights into action.
    • Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation, including AI automation, predictive analytics, and process redesign.

About You

  • Qualifications:
    • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 10–15 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Revenue Operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles (B2B essential, additional B2C experience desirable).
    • Proven success managing multi-brand or multi-region marketing systems and teams.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Airtable, Webflow, and marketing analytics tools.
    • Strong command of CRM architecture, data modeling, and cross-platform integrations.
    • Expertise in lead lifecycle management, campaign attribution, and pipeline analytics.
    • Analytical and process-driven mindset with deep familiarity with marketing KPIs (MQL velocity, CAC, ROI, etc.).
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence across C-suite and functional teams.
    • Strong project management capabilities with experience in multi-system rollouts and change management.
