We are looking for a strong and inspiring marketing leader who will drive business growth in Ukraine by shaping and executing impactful brand and category strategies, while leading and developing a high-performing marketing team.
This role is accountable for delivering the country AOP P&L and achieving brand & category KPIs through best-in-class marketing execution and close collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
You will report directly to the UAEECA Cluster Marketing Director (12 markets, including Ukraine) and lead a team of 5 marketing professionals (Brand Managers & Senior Brand Managers).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of brand & category strategies for the Ukrainian market in alignment with global direction. Actively contribute to global brand agenda and represent local market needs on Brand Boards.
- Drive end-to-end marketing activities across all coffee & tea brands, including campaign development and adaptation, media strategy, activations, sponsorships, influencer marketing, and design — across both Retail and OOH channels. Support resolution of operational issues related to export activities.
- Own full portfolio strategy, including assortment, P&L management, and NPD pipeline. Identify and deliver relevant local innovations that drive growth.
- Leverage data and insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and shape future growth strategies.
- Perform Business and Categories analytics: current performance, future opportunities creation
- Build, inspire, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, ownership, and continuous growth.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in marketing leadership roles, with strong strategic and commercial mindset
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams, with a focus on building high-performing organizations
- Solid experience in FMCG marketing, preferably with well-known or emotionally driven brands
- Strong expertise in brand building, portfolio management, and full marketing mix execution
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- High level of ownership, resilience, and “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with international stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Ukrainian - fluent, English - level B2
