Alohi

Head of Operations

Alohi Remote Today
operations

Alohi is an AI-first SaaS scale-up on a mission to simplify how businesses work. Our products (Sign.Plus, Dial.Plus, Fax.Plus, and Scan.Plus) serve 4M+ customers worldwide, from small businesses to global enterprises. We’re building category-defining tools that people actually love to use.

We started with seed support from FONGIT (Fondation Genevoise pour l’Innovation Technologique), backed by the State of Geneva. Since then, we’ve chosen to bootstrap our growth. This keeps us financially independent, customer-focused, and able to move fast without external constraints.

We’re a lean, fast-growing team based in Geneva with strong traction across global markets. This is an entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have high ownership, broad responsibilities, and direct impact from day one. You’ll work closely with leadership, helping shape decisions rather than just executing them. If you want to build something meaningful in a fast-paced, innovation-driven company, without the chaos of early-stage uncertainty or the bureaucracy of a large corporation, this is it.

We are hiring a Head of Operations to partner directly with the CEO and executive team to scale Alohi’s operations across our multi-product portfolio. This role is first and foremost about driving strategic, cross-functional execution: owning high-impact projects, bringing structure to ambiguous priorities, and increasing the company’s execution speed.

In parallel, you will lead and scale key operational functions—including Compliance, Legal & Regulatory, HR & Talent Acquisition, and Office Operations—by managing and developing the team and ensuring these areas run smoothly and evolve with the company’s growth.

This position is fully on-site at our Geneva office.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Head of Operations who can increase execution speed, improve decision-making, and ensure alignment across the organisation.

CEO Execution Support and Strategic Partnerships

  • Serve as the CEO’s go-to operator for high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, especially when ownership is unclear or momentum is at risk

  • Own ad-hoc strategic projects end-to-end, from framing and planning to stakeholder alignment and delivery

  • Turn ambiguous problems into structured plans by defining scope, success metrics, timelines, resourcing, risks, and decision points

  • Drive follow-through across teams by unblocking execution, clarifying trade-offs, and ensuring decisions translate into action

  • Build lightweight systems (dashboards, templates, reporting, operating cadences) that help leadership move faster with better information

  • Support the CEO on partnerships that directly impact distribution, product adoption, or go-to-market execution (telecom, integration, channel and reseller partnerships)

  • Help evaluate opportunities, coordinate internal stakeholders, support negotiations and ensure smooth execution

Compliance and Legal

  • Lead compliance initiatives across Alohi, ensuring we stay ahead of requirements as we scale

  • Manage legal and regulatory requirements across products, including telephony compliance and data protection

  • Oversee vendor management, including contracts, counsel engagement, and legal intake processes

HR and Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee HR and Talent Acquisition to support hiring, people operations, and organisational growth

  • Drive HR process improvements, policy development, and employee experience initiatives

  • Ensure strong execution across core HR operations, including onboarding, payroll coordination, HR systems, and compliance-related people processes

Office Operations

  • Oversee office operations to ensure a productive, high-performing work environment

  • Manage office administration in coordination with third-party suppliers

  • Own facilities, vendor relationships, and office logistics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technology-driven organisation (SaaS experience is a plus), with hands-on involvement in scaling operations during growth phases

  • Experience as Head of Operations, Chief of Staff, or senior operator driving cross-functional programmes across strategic execution and operational domains

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing small operational teams

  • Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple workstreams effectively

  • Strong hands-on execution skills, comfortable drafting reports, building dashboards, writing SOPs, and implementing tools and workflows

  • Practical understanding of operational domains such as compliance, legal, payroll, and HR systems

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools (e.g. Notion, HubSpot, Slack automations, Zapier), with a strong interest in AI and automation

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity and decision-making

  • Analytical and data-driven, able to build and communicate metrics and dashboards to support leadership decisions

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to influence across teams and drive clarity in fast-moving environments

  • Scale-up and founder-led experience preferred

  • Fluent in English, with working proficiency in French
