Head Of Product

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Head of Product for one of our partners, a leader in the Retail Motor Vehicles field.

Job Summary:

As Head of Product, you will lead the overall product strategy, execution, and team development for the company. You’ll work closely with the executive team to align the product vision with business objectives, own the product roadmap across multiple squads, and ensure a consistent, high-impact delivery pipeline. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people leadership. 

Responsibilities:

• Own and communicate the company'a product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all business lines (retail, acquisition, financing, and wholesale). 
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, designers, and analysts across multiple product squads. 
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to ensure product alignment with company goals. 
•  Drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring all product initiatives are measured and optimized for impact. 
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management — from discovery to delivery and iteration. 
• Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and accountability within the product organization. 
• Represent the customer’s voice internally, ensuring user experience, usability, and satisfaction remain top priorities. 
• Partner with finance and business leaders to identify new fintech opportunities and partnerships that enhance customer value. 

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years leading teams or managing multiple products. 
• Strong experience in startups, fintech, or high-growth marketplaces. 
• Proven track record of building and scaling products from concept to market leadership. 
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect data, customer insights, and business outcomes. 
• Deep understanding of product discovery, agile development, and experimentation frameworks. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing across executive and cross-functional teams.).
