Job Description:
As Head of Product Growth at n8n, you will own the self-serve revenue engine for a leading AI orchestration platform. Leading a cross-functional pod, you will scale activation and retention loops for a massive community of 650,000+ builders. This is a high-impact, player-coach role designed to bridge product-led growth with enterprise-scale impact.

Location: Remote, Europe

What you will do:

• Forecast and model self-serve revenue while stack-ranking high-leverage experiments across acquisition, activation, and durable growth loops.

• Drive high-velocity execution by shipping 10+ meaningful experiments per month and building robust data foundations for 95%+ instrumentation accuracy.

• Lead cross-functional pods and manage growth PMs to optimize onboarding, lifecycle messaging, and AI-driven use cases that reduce time-to-value.

The ideal candidate:

• Brings 6–10+ years of B2B SaaS growth leadership with a proven track record of owning activation and scaling multi-million dollar self-serve revenue.

• Possesses deep analytical mastery, capable of building growth models, defining PQLs, and designing rigorous A/B tests to influence pricing and packaging.

• Operates as a player-coach who can iterate on UX copy/messaging while managing engineers and PMs in a high-velocity, developer-focused environment.
