CareHarmony is seeking a Head of Sales to execute our pivot from Founder Led Sales to building out an enterprise sales organization. Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to execution of enterprise deals thorough traditional sales tactics, interfacing and selling directly to the C-suite, and scaling the organization. This role is expected to transition to Chief Growth Officer after proven performance.
A more junior level candidate with strong sales experience qualifies for our open Account Executive opening.
Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of enterprise level sales experience (Head of Sales)
- 5+ years of enterprise level sales experience (Account Executive)
- Previous experience working in an enterprise level environment
- Previous experience working in a startup environment
- Previous experience successfully selling directly into the C-suite
