We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales Czechia to join our organisation in Prague, Czechia.🤩

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing field sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the assigned territory

  • Build, lead, motivate, and mentor a team of field sales representatives to maximise their performance and productivity

  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Conduct regular field visits to support the team and engage with customers directly

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management

  • Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organisational goals

  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in field sales leadership roles, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Extensive experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and performance metrics

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced negotiation and closing skills

  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of the local market in Prague and surrounding regions

  • Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape

  • Fluency in Czech and English

  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
