What you’ll do

  • Hire, coach, and define the norms for a high-performance sales culture

  • Manage revenue targets, forecast with precision, and drive pipeline visibility

  • Scope and close new business while being a hands-on coach who rolls up their sleeves

  • Operationalize our AE/BDR motion and integrate selling under a PLG motion

  • Partner with founders, Product, and Marketing to align GTM goals and customer feedback

  • Coach reps to lead with insight, challenge assumptions, and sell outcomes over features

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on leadership experience, scaling early-stage SaaS sales teams to a full grown sales org

  • High bar for qualification, with clear ICP definition and disciplined discovery skills

  • Strong operator with a data-driven mindset and sharp commercial judgment

  • Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams - Product, Marketing, Success - around GTM goals

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling AI, MarTech or developer tools

  • Track record of working effectively within both PLG, SLG, and hybrid environments

  • Familiarity with broad modern sales stack (Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, etc.)

  • Comfortable owning P&L or being part of leadership team making strategic GTM decisions

  • Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
