We’re now looking for a Head of Sales to lead our global commercial strategy and customer engagement. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how our solutions reach and impact clients across international markets. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and executive leadership to expand our footprint and ensure customers receive the best possible solutions. Your Mission 

  • Define and execute the global go-to-market and sales strategy, driving new customer acquisition and key account growth in close collaboration with Marketing and leveraging market intelligence and strategic sales partnerships. 
  • Open new markets and plan go-to-market strategies for new markets and new products, informed by competitive insights and partnership opportunities. 
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing international sales team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. 
  • Own the full sales pipeline—from new logo acquisition to renewals—including pipeline reviews, performance management, forecasting, and strategic deal support. 
  • Represent TIPS in strategic negotiations, with major prospects, and at industry events to maximize long-term value and competitive advantage. 
  • Collaborate with Product and Management to capture market needs, refine positioning and pricing, and serve as the internal voice of the customer. 
  • Ensure strong alignment between Sales and Marketing, driving impactful campaigns, efficient lead management, and an exceptional customer journey. 
  • Monitor competitive trends and market opportunities, report key insights and KPIs directly to senior leadership, and use market intelligence to shape strategy and strengthen sales partnerships. 

 

What You Bring 

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B software sales, including enterprise or consultative solution selling in EMEA markets. 
  • Proven leadership experience with remote and multinational sales teams; skilled in mentoring, coaching, and building high-performance cultures. 
  • A hunter mindset combined with a consultative approach—demonstrated success in both acquiring new business and nurturing long-term accounts. 
  • Strong business acumen with strategic planning, budgeting, and hands-on execution capabilities. 
  • Experience aligning sales and marketing teams; campaign planning experience is a strong advantage. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus). 
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
