What you will do:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.

  • Own the commercial performance of the UK & Ireland markets — from daily sales activity to quarterly revenue targets — with full accountability for output, margin, and pipeline quality.

  • Operate hands-on during the first months: build and close deals yourself to master our products, pricing logic, CRM flows, and procurement dynamics.

  • Build, train, and scale the UK & Ireland Growth team with a clear performance rhythm: daily KPIs, weekly reviews, monthly pipeline and forecast accuracy checks.

  • Identify new verticals, partnerships, or product-mix opportunities to grow market share.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate and close major deals, ensuring optimal terms for the company.

  • Enforce high Salesforce data standards — no missing customer data, demand planning fields, or quote hygiene.

  • Continuously improve sales processes in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Sales Leader peers to increase speed, visibility, and profitability.

  • Report directly to leadership and act as the operational extension of the company’s GTM strategy in the UK & Ireland.

Who you are:

  • You have successfully built and led teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales Managers or Account Managers

  • You are a role model and have several years of experience in B2B sales. You built and managed your own pipeline (from lead generation to customer success). You achieved and overachieved ambitious sales targets.

  • You are a performance-driven operator, not a delegator. You know how to build pipeline discipline, track KPIs, and coach under pressure.

  • You lead by example through individual contribution and structured feedback loops.

  • You can translate data into decisions: pricing insights, conversion analysis, and margin protection.

  • You maintain CRM accuracy and enforce sales hygiene across your team.

  • You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland market and business landscape.

  • You thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environments and build structure without bureaucracy.
