Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Secondary Stage, ensuring a high standard of education and operational effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective teaching and learning strategies aligned with the curriculum to enhance student outcomes.
- Foster a culture of professional development and collaboration among teachers, providing mentorship and support to enhance instructional practices.
- Oversee student progress, assessment, and achievement, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the wellbeing and safeguarding of all students, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Work closely with parents, teachers, and the wider school community to promote student success and engagement.
- Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within secondary education.
- Strong knowledge of the secondary education curriculum and assessment procedures.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team of teachers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
