HO Production Technology Country
- Manages and supervises the Production Technology org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Technology
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Technology
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Functional accountability for Production Technology on country level
- Ensures the implementation LEONI Operating System in Country Production Facility
- Ensures activities for the order and commissioning of production equipment in close relations with other departments for the country
- Drives country wide improvement initiatives regarding setup time, scrap, rework etc.
Qualifications
- Level of Education: Engineer Or master’s degree.
- Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
- Experience : 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Language : French and English are mandatory
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
