About the Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Parker, CO. You’ll help patients regain independence and improve quality of life through skilled, goal-oriented care.

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
• Part-Time Availability: 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments using standardized tools and clinical expertise
• Deliver therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care

Requirements

• A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado

• Proven experience in home health or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
• A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients
