As a part of our dedicated team, you will be tasked with providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes. This role allows for the flexibility of OASIS Nursing visits and the chance to supplement your existing employment with additional visits, including Wound Care.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Minimum one (1) year of Home Health nursing experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients across all age groups
• Current Tuberculosis (TB) test and CPR certification
• Clear background check and drug screen
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing
• Ability to travel within the service area of AdvisaCare
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs
