Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.

HR Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all HR policies, practices, and processes comply with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Advise management on compliance matters and support policy updates.

HR Systems & Technology

  • Own and manage HRIS and ATS platforms, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Optimize digital HR workflows such as employee self-service, time tracking, and performance management systems.
  • Oversee system data accuracy and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on HR tools.

General HR Management

  • Lead employee relations, engagement initiatives, and internal HR communications.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, handling HR inquiries and escalations.
  • Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with experience in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in recruitment, HR operations, and labor law compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, onboarding/offboarding platforms).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience conducting HR compliance audits and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organization.
