ABOUT THE POSITION

HR Operations Specialist at BURGA plays an important part in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will play an essential role in maintaining accurate HR data, managing documentation, supporting HR systems, and improving operational workflows that enable the HR team and the business to operate effectively at scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and process ownership, and who wants to contribute to building strong, reliable HR foundations in a fast-growing organization. 

Your Role: As an HR Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of HR operational processes and systems, ensuring consistency, compliance, and reliability. Working closely with the Senior HR Operations Partner and cross-functional stakeholders, you will support HR administration, improve processes, and help reduce operational risk while enabling the HR team to focus on more strategic initiatives.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

- Manage and maintain HR documentation, including employee files, employment contracts, amendments, and related agreements.
- Prepare, update, and administer employment contracts, ensuring they are accurately stored and easily accessible in HR systems.
- Act as an HRIS system administrator by managing employee data updates, workflows, permissions, and reporting.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
- Standardize HR document templates to ensure legal compliance, consistency, and efficient HR operations.
- Assist in preparing HR documentation and data for internal and external audits.
- Support the administration of occupational health and safety documentation, including document uploads, distribution processes, and internal user support.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure HR policies and processes are properly implemented.
- Contribute to HR process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support HR data analysis and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Assist with HR system improvements and future HR/Payroll system change initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:   

- At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience working with HR systems (HiBob, BSS, or similar HRIS platforms).
- Good understanding of labor law principles and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction-related organization within an international business environment would be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, a structured approach to work, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage confidential information with a high sense of responsibility.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a can-do attitude, willingness to take ownership, and drive to improve processes and workflows.
- Analytical mindset with basic experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).

SALARY: 2200-2700 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
