Your Role
BeeX is looking for an HR Specialist Intern to support the full spectrum of human resources functions in a fast-paced startup environment. This role provides hands-on exposure across recruitment, people operations, HR projects, and internal initiatives, while working closely with the HR and Operations teams. The intern will also support company internal events and special HR-related projects, gaining practical experience in both strategic and operational HR work.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
Assist in maintaining recruitment pipelines and applicant tracking systems
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process
Support employer branding initiatives, including job ads and recruitment outreach
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and onboarding support
Help maintain HR databases, trackers, and personnel files
Support preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and internal communications
Assist with offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Support planning and execution of internal company events, team activities, and engagement initiatives
Assist in employee engagement, well-being, and culture-building activities
Help gather feedback through surveys or informal check-ins and support follow-up actions
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in learning across all HR functions in a startup environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Comfortable working in a fast-changing and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents, presentations)
Prior internship or involvement in HR, recruitment, event planning, or student leadership roles (Good to have)
