We’re looking for someone with experience coding HTML for CRM/CVM (Customer Value Management) who enjoys solving problems and creating high‑quality customer communications. You’ll bring a practical, curious approach to your work and feel confident developing responsive, personalised email content.
Reporting into the Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll work closely with the campaign build team to shape and deliver customer journeys within Adobe Campaign. You’ll collaborate with design, copy and studio teams to develop and code HTML templates from scratch, ensuring they meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
This role plays an important part in delivering engaging, multi‑channel customer experiences. You’ll work alongside colleagues across CVM Campaigns, Product, Data and Marketing, contributing your expertise while learning from others in a supportive, cross‑functional environment.
