- Recruitment Support – Assist the Recruitment Team in hiring activities and other related projects, giving you firsthand experience in talent acquisition.
- Support Employee Engagement & Culture-Building Initiatives – Get direct exposure to planning, organizing, and executing activities that strengthen company culture, build community, and keep employees engaged.
- Contribute to Talent Development Programs – Assist in preparing and coordinating learning initiatives, such as internal trainings and workshops, that empower employees to grow and succeed.
- HR Projects & Administrative Support – Help bring HR initiatives to life by designing materials, supporting culture and engagement activities, coordinating trainings and communications, and ensuring smooth documentation and admin support.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Communication, Business Management, or any related field.
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in expressing ideas clearly.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools.
- Creative eye — Canva/design skills are a plus!
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Flexible availability to render part-time or full-time hours as an academic intern.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for people, culture, and growth.
