About the Role  

We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Graduate to join our team and gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Admin . This role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration, providing a solid foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities   

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support graduate and early careers recruitment campaigns.
  • Help maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate data.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation and induction programs.
  • Contribute to HR administration, including maintaining employee records and supporting compliance.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on policy updates, reporting, and analytics.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Interest in recruitment and building positive candidate experiences..
