The HR Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive, compliant, and high‑performance workplace culture. This role leads core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and workforce planning efforts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people‑related matters
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention programs
- Oversee HR operations including records management, HR systems, and reporting
- Lead and mentor HR team members (if applicable)
- Identify training and development needs and support learning initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Location should be in Cebu, Philippines
