The HR Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive, compliant, and high‑performance workplace culture. This role leads core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and workforce planning efforts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people‑related matters
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention programs
  • Oversee HR operations including records management, HR systems, and reporting
  • Lead and mentor HR team members (if applicable)
  • Identify training and development needs and support learning initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Location should be in Cebu, Philippines
