Costing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product costing, variance analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting aligned with SAP systems.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in costing, preferably within FMCG or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce (English Section); CMA certification is a strong plus.
- ERP Proficiency: SAP expertise is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage costing activities across production lines.
- Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure accurate standard costing and inventory valuation.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize cost structures.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
