In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience using our products and services. Your proficiency in Hungarian will be essential in delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hungarian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
• Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries related to our services
• Accurately document interactions and maintain records in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with team members to address customer concerns
• Guide clients in optimizing their use of our products and services
• Collect and relay customer feedback to inform improvements
• Engage in training to stay updated on product features and enhancements

Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus
• Ability to solve problems and think critically
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
