Cedar Park Group is hiring a detail-oriented HVAC Commercial Service Technician for an immediate opening. If you have strong technical skills, hands-on experience with HVAC systems, and a commitment to maintaining safe and efficient operations, we want to hear from you.

Schedule/Shift:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No nights or weekends)

Position Overview:

The HVAC Commercial Service Technician will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and air handling systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and skilled in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical HVAC issues.

Requirements (Mandatory & Desired):

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience

• Experience installing and servicing furnaces, rooftop units, chillers, boilers, hot water tanks, and copper piping

• Ability to service and maintain backup generators, air compressors, and high-pressure hot water systems

• Proficient in troubleshooting and servicing temperature and humidity controls

• Skilled in preventative maintenance and system calibration

• Must have own tools (electric testers, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)

• OSHA 10 certification required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Note: Stationary Engineer background or EPA certification not required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems and related equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform corrective actions

• Clean, adjust, and replace components as needed to maintain optimal performance

• Monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality settings to ensure proper ventilation

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs performed

• Ensure all work complies with applicable safety and operational standards
