IAM Positions

Architect / Tech Lead (developer or Sr. developer also good)

candidates would have:
• Experience in area of Identity Access Management, Sailpoint IIQ or Any IAM tool exp.
• Strong experience in understanding IAM solution requirements and develop/modify business processes, prepare communication & training material for IAM/IIQ systems.
• Must be able to collect requirements related to user life cycle management (Onboarding, off-boarding etc)
• Must be familiar with access governance features of IAM Tool – Access recertification, Approval Workflows, Role Management, SOD policies
• Must be able to understand the requirements related to audit and compliance reporting
• Demonstrates critical thought and probes beyond the surface of the requested data to get at the valuable (actionable) information.
• Able to understand complex concepts quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good understanding of Identity and Access management domain, Provisioning, Governance, Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Compliance
• Good experience in communication to business stake holder, providing training, and documentation
