Identity and Access Management (IAM)

We are looking for a professional with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM), motivated to participate in strategic projects involving the implementation of advanced security controls, with a direct impact on compliance, identity governance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

What we expect from you:

• Experience in identity management and IAM lifecycle, including the implementation of controls and monitoring
• Strong knowledge of process automation, with a focus on efficiency and risk reduction
• Ability to ensure compliance with internal policies and security best practices
• Experience in defining, analyzing, and monitoring metrics and KPIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and stakeholders

Valued Technical Skills:

• Programming experience in Python and/or Ruby
• Experience with Linux and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
• MySQL and advanced SQL knowledge
• Modeling and visualization of metrics and KPIs (Tableau or similar tools)
• Interest in security, governance, and access control
• Knowledge of Elastic Stack (ELK) will be considered a plus
