Identity Engineer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure identity management solutions (SailPoint, Microsoft, and hybrid identity integrations).

• Develop and troubleshoot Java, PowerShell for identity automation and integration.

• Act as the technical point of contact for client identity projects, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and support of identity management services.

• Contribute to identifying areas of improvement in IAM solutions and in the adoption of emerging technologies and innovations that enhance system performance.

• Maintain thorough documentation of assigned identity management systems, processes, and configurations, ensuring knowledge is accessible to relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role

Requirements

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND TRAINING REQUIRED:

• Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant field

• Strong programming foundation — Java, .NET/PowerShell a plus.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra, and SQL.

• Exposure to IAM platforms (SailPoint, Entra, Beyond Trust, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, etc.) is a plus.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

• 0 – 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
